Our coaching process is designed to equip participants to move to a new level of performance, and satisfaction in their work. It may be initiated by the individual or the organization to address changing organizational needs or individual priorities. It may also be focused on individual developmental opportunities.

The coaching process includes elements that address self-understanding, skill development, and consulting related to particular work situations as shown below.
