Purpose
In a work world driven by increasingly rapid changes in knowledge and deployment of resources, staying ahead of the
competition means learning more rapidly and effectively. This workshop enables people to identify their approaches to personal
learning and to more effectively access learning resources. This leads to enthusiastic learners who quickly develop new levels of
performance.
Approach
This half-day workshop, built around a personal learning styles assessment instrument, equips participants to:
-Understand their learning preferences: learning purpose, learning structure, learning activity
-Communicate learning needs
-Capitalize on learning opportunities: personal and career development, leadership development, performance improvement,
team interactions
-Build action plans to enhance learning
