Purpose
Demographic projections present a clear view of a changing U.S. workforce that is multi-generational, aging and becoming much
more diverse. Furthermore, the growth rate of the workforce is declining dramatically. This trend is observed in most developed
countries. Effective leaders and managers in the future will understand these trends and what they mean for their organizations.
They will also understand how to characterize their organizations' workforce so that policies and practices meet the needs of the
various segments. This workshop equips leaders and managers with the knowledge needed to understand and lead this new
workforce.
