Purpose
In an increasingly unstructured workplace demanding greater flexibility, managing our primary resource, time, becomes an essential life skill. Effective time management enhances individual fulfillment both in our work and personal lives and the productivity of our organizations. This workshop provides the tools needed to better master time management.

Approach
This half-day workshop, built on an instrument that assesses time management effectiveness, incorporates the following aspects:
-Insights into personal work habits: understanding the roots of undesirable work habits, understanding how your time is spent, developing a new perspective for organizing thoughts about time management
-Improving self-management: understanding and managing work flow, behavioral changes for effective time management
-Leadership and time management: more objective performance discussions, using team time effectively, practices that affect individual and group time

Outcomes
-Personal action plan to improve time management
-Improved work group effectiveness
-Enhanced productivity
