Up

Value is increasingly created in organizations by the resources of human ingenuity, creativity and innovation.  These human resources are scarce and unpredictable.  They are subject not only to the call of intellect and reason but also to the call of affect and emotion.  Our coaching process recognizes the importance of blending analytical with interpersonal skills for it is this combination that achieves organizational results and leads to greater individual fulfillment.

Purpose

Our coaching process is designed to equip participants to move to a new level of performance, and satisfaction in their work.  It may be initiated by the individual or the organization to address changing organizational needs or individual priorities.  It may also be focused on individual developmental opportunities.

Approach

The heart of the process is individual interaction that typically occurs over a two to twelve month time frame according to the specific situation.   In some cases this may be extended.  The coaching process includes elements that address self-understanding, skill development, and consulting related to particular work situations as shown below.
