Purpose Organizations that innovate and prosper are able to embrace diverse perspectives of opinion, background and insight. This is becoming increasingly important as the U.S. workforce, on a purely ethnic basis, changes from an over 80% Caucasian majority in 1980 to less than a 60% majority in 2025. It is that way in California today. The ability to embrace diversity is also increasingly important as work is conducted on a global basis. And yet welcoming different perspectives is not easy. It requires a developed level of self-understanding and openness. This half-day workshop provides the foundation for such openness.
