Purpose A primary challenge in today's workplace is anticipating and adjusting to change. Much of this change is driven by external events such as evolving technology or social changes, some is driven by our evolving internal perspectives and priorities. How we handle the resulting internal transitions influences our effectiveness in work settings and in our personal lives This half or full day workshop builds on William Bridges work identifying the stages of transition to equip participants to effectively handle change and transition in their lives. Approach The workshop lays the groundwork for managing transitions and helping participants understand the process and emotions they are experiencing. It includes an examination of the three major stages of transition:
leading to the development of action plans that enhance participants ability to respond effectively and flexibly to change. Participants receive a comprehensive personal learning guide as part of this workshop. Outcomes Participants gain the ability to:
