Purpose

We spend much of our lives negotiating, sometimes explicitly, much of the time implicitly.  The ability to negotiate successfully is a key survival skill in today's work world and a major contributor to organizational success.  This workshop provides a basis for enhancing negotiating effectiveness.

Approach

This two-hour workshop equips participants with an understanding of the skills of successful negotiators, some of which may be surprising.  For example, it answers the question is the poker faced negotiator the most effective?  The workshop includes the following components:

bulletUnderstanding  successful negotiators
bulletEleven approaches of successful negotiators
bulletBuilding a personal action plan
bulletNegotiating approaches to adopt in your life
