Purpose We spend much of our lives negotiating, sometimes explicitly, much of the time implicitly. The ability to negotiate successfully is a key survival skill in today's work world and a major contributor to organizational success. This workshop provides a basis for enhancing negotiating effectiveness. Approach This two-hour workshop equips participants with an understanding of the skills of successful negotiators, some of which may be surprising.
