Purpose

In a world where value is created in organizations primarily by people, the ability to work effectively with others becomes a critical individual and organizational skill.  And yet, in many organizations people are seconded to teams with little thought about their natural capabilities.  This can lead to frustration, misunderstanding and lost productivity.  This workshop helps people identify their natural team role preferences and an appreciation for the styles of others.  Team innovation and productivity increase as conflict and cycle-time decrease.

This half-day or one-day workshop, built around a team role preference assessment instrument addresses:
